摘要:

在氣候診斷研究和短期氣候預(yù)測(cè)中廣泛使用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法，例如相關(guān)分析和合成分析。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)中對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)顯著性水平的各種描述進(jìn)行了評(píng)論，指出了錯(cuò)誤。指出了描述統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果時(shí)應(yīng)該注意的問題。認(rèn)為,對(duì)相關(guān)系數(shù)和合成分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)的描述,不應(yīng)該稱為“95%的信度”，“95%的顯著性水平”，而應(yīng)該稱為“5%的信度（顯著性水平）”,或者“95%的置信水平”。還指出,統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)或者顯著性檢驗(yàn)不應(yīng)該被改稱為信度檢驗(yàn)，并分析了錯(cuò)誤與產(chǎn)生混亂的原因。

Abstract:

Statistics method, for example,the correlation analysis and composite analysis,has already been used extensively in the climate diagnosis research and short-term climate forecasting. This article aimed at the comment on various descriptions of the significance level of the statistics test in the domestic and international articles and submit the problem that the description of statistics test should take into account,and point out the bug of various descriptions. The conclusions are that description of the significance level of the statistics test should be called as 5% significance level or 95% confidence level, rather than as 95% significance level. It also pointed out that the statistics test or significance test shouldnt be called the significance level test. The cause of the bug and the confusion for description of the significance level of the statistics test are analyzed.
