利用安裝在寧滬高速公路沿線26個AMW自動氣象觀測站監(jiān)測的每小時雨量、每分鐘雨強與每分鐘能見度資料,分析了強降雨對能見度的影響，結(jié)果表明：短時強降雨大多數(shù)產(chǎn)生在暴雨天氣過程中，隨著每分鐘雨強的增大，能見度急劇減小危及行車安全；結(jié)合交通運營管理部門的實際需求，確定了短時強降雨的定義和預(yù)警閾值，制定了短時強降雨的預(yù)警、臨近預(yù)報流程。應(yīng)用實例證明：該流程能夠滿足交通氣象服務(wù)中短時強降雨的預(yù)警預(yù)報要求。

Abstract:

By use of the AMW data of per-hour rainfall, per-minute rainfall and per-minute visibility from 26 AMW automatic weather stations along the Ninghu expressway, the heavy rain on the impact of visibility is analyzed. The results show that most of short term heavy rainfall occur in the rainstorm，along with the rainfall intensity enhancing, the visibility descends so suddenly as to endanger the traffic safety. According to the requirements of the department of the traffic management, the short term heavy rainfall is defined and the warning threshold value is found, establishing flow chart of the warning and nowcasting about short term heavy rainfall. The application proves that this flow can satisfy the requirements of the road weather service about short term heavy rainfall forecast.
