摘要:

用傳播學(xué)的理念對(duì)提高公眾氣象服務(wù)電視傳播能力進(jìn)行了探討，主要從完善氣象信息傳播理念，提高氣象服務(wù)信息質(zhì)量等方面，提出要提高氣象服務(wù)影響力──最大化達(dá)到氣象服務(wù)信息的有效傳播，要在氣象服務(wù)中借鑒傳播學(xué)理論，用高科技的氣象監(jiān)測(cè)、預(yù)報(bào)手段，和高科技的媒體制作手段，提高氣象信息向氣象服務(wù)產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)換的質(zhì)量，完善信息傳播渠道。必須重視公眾的需求和接受能力這“最后一公里”的工程建設(shè)，產(chǎn)品盡量面向民生，面向生產(chǎn)，面向決策，使氣象服務(wù)信息傳的出去，到達(dá)得了，減災(zāi)防災(zāi)、趨利避害，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)公眾氣象服務(wù)多樣性，服務(wù)精細(xì)化，服務(wù)高頻次發(fā)布，服務(wù)廣覆蓋。

Abstract:

The article discusses the effective transmission of meteorological service by using communication concepts. It suggests that the influence of the meteorological service for people can be achieved by improving the media communication concept, media service quality. In order to maximize efficiency of meteorological information service, communication concepts as well as high technology should be widely applied in the weather supervision, forecast, and media transmission. The requirement of “the last kilometer of the whole service chain” should be attached with great importance too， so that the related program can be widely accepted and easily understood by the audience.〖JP2〗 The above discussed measures can play important role in conveying the meteorological service information to the public so as to diminish and prevent the potential disaster.
