本文運(yùn)用大渦模擬方法研究了存在覆蓋逆溫時(shí)對(duì)流邊界層頂部的夾卷過程特征,并通過敏感性試驗(yàn)著重分析了在此情況之下的夾卷速度參數(shù)化問題,以及風(fēng)切變的作用。模擬結(jié)果表明,初始覆蓋逆溫改變了夾卷層的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,使得夾卷層結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)明顯增大,風(fēng)切變使這一效應(yīng)略有增強(qiáng),以往關(guān)于夾卷速度的參數(shù)化方案不再適用。分析研究表明,在有覆蓋逆溫的情況下,夾卷層結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)是控制夾卷速度的關(guān)鍵因子,應(yīng)該將夾卷層結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)作為變量引入夾卷速度參數(shù)化方案,該方案能夠很好地預(yù)報(bào)出受覆蓋逆溫影響的對(duì)流邊界層的發(fā)展過程。

Abstract:

In this study, large-eddy simulation (LES) is employed to investigate the impact of capping inversion on the development of convective boundary layer (CBL). The simulation results show that the structure of entrainment zone is significantly changed by the initial capping inversion. The stronger the initial capping inversion is, the larger the structure parameter β is. And this effect is slightly enhanced by the wind shear. The previous parameterization schemes for the entrainment rate can not describe the development of CBL satisfactorily. Analyses indicate that in this situation the development of CBL is controlled by the structure parameter of entrainment zone, and this factor should be included in the parameterization for the entrainment rate. The improved parameterization scheme is used to predict the CBL heights, and its validity is verified by the LES data. The results show that the new parameterization scheme can predict the development of CBL with capping inversion layer at the top.
