摘要:

短時(shí)強(qiáng)降水作為強(qiáng)對(duì)流的一種天氣現(xiàn)象,是宿遷市較為常見(jiàn)的災(zāi)害性天氣之一,常常對(duì)工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、交通航運(yùn)、建筑設(shè)施等造成影響。然而,預(yù)報(bào)一直是難點(diǎn),因此如何利用現(xiàn)有的氣象資料,開(kāi)展短時(shí)強(qiáng)降水預(yù)報(bào)服務(wù),并形成日常業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)提高預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)警和防災(zāi)減災(zāi)能力十分重要。本文利用自動(dòng)站逐時(shí)雨量資料、Micaps高低空和地面資料、NECP 1°× 1°的再分析資料和T213數(shù)值預(yù)報(bào)產(chǎn)品,基于Visual Basic語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)了宿遷市短時(shí)強(qiáng)降水歷史個(gè)例查詢與潛勢(shì)預(yù)報(bào)平臺(tái),以提高短時(shí)強(qiáng)降水預(yù)報(bào)質(zhì)量,減少或避免氣象災(zāi)害給社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)造成的損失。

Abstract:

As a strong convective weather, the severe short-range precipitation is far more common disaster weather in Suqian. It has an effect on the industry and agriculture, the transportation and shipping or the buildings. However, the forecast of the severe short-range precipitation is always difficult. It is important to improve the forecasting and warning ability or to prevent disaster in order to provide the prediction services of the severe short-range precipitation and set up routine operational flew chart by using the existing meteorological data. Based on Visual Basic, the hourly rainfall data from automatic stations, Micaps data, NECP 1°×1° reanalysis data and T213 numerical forecast product were used to develop the platform for historical case inquiry and potential trend forecast of the severe short-range precipitation in Suqian. The purpose is to improve prediction quality of the severe short-range precipitation and reduce the economic loss of meteorological disaster.
