摘要:

用中國地面氣象觀測站的逐日氣溫觀測資料和NCEP/NCAR再分析資料,分別使用基于多元線性回歸(MLR)和3種主成分分析(PCA)的統(tǒng)計降尺度方法,對1959-2008年的華東地區(qū)的月平均氣溫分兩個時段進行統(tǒng)計降尺度分析并加以檢驗,比較了不同降尺度方法的結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:對于華東地區(qū)氣溫的統(tǒng)計降尺度預(yù)報,基于MLR的統(tǒng)計降尺度方法相對于3種PCA方法而言,對單站年際變化模擬方面有一定優(yōu)勢。PCA方法應(yīng)用于統(tǒng)計降尺度時,預(yù)報因子的區(qū)域選擇是影響統(tǒng)計降尺度結(jié)果的重要因素之一。對于溫度進行統(tǒng)計降尺度分析時,預(yù)報因子中包含溫度因子是非常必要的;所試驗的4種降尺度方法,對各站點多年平均情況的模擬要好于對區(qū)域平均的年際變化的模擬。

Abstract:

Based on the daily temperature observation data from surface meteorological observation sites and NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data, the statistical downscaling methods with Multiple Linear Regression(MLR) and three kinds of Principal Components Analysis (PCA) were used to analyze and validate the monthly temperature in two periods from 1959 to 2008 in East China, furthermore, the results of four kinds of statistical downscaling methods were compared. Results show that the statistical downscaling method based on MLR has certain advantages in the interannual variation simulation of single station in East China compared with the PCA methods. The zone of predictors is one of the main factors that influence the statistical downscaling results when PCA method was applied to statistical downscaling. It is necessary to include temperature factor when statistical downscaling was involved in the temperature. All these four kinds of statistical downscaling methods reveal more skills in the simulation of average annual values than in the zonal mean values.
