摘要:

熱帶氣旋生成過程中包含不同尺度環(huán)流及其相互作用。為此，本文將熱帶氣旋生成數(shù)值模擬的起點(diǎn)提前到模擬中尺度渦旋（MCV）的生成，從而利用高分辨率數(shù)值試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，對(duì)熱帶氣旋過程中的不同尺度渦旋活動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析。模式首先模擬了季風(fēng)渦旋的東南側(cè)增強(qiáng)的西南氣流中出現(xiàn)低形變旋轉(zhuǎn)性擾動(dòng)，隨著擾動(dòng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)性增強(qiáng)，中層出現(xiàn)水平尺度為200 km左右的MCV。在擾動(dòng)區(qū)內(nèi)的不同高度上還發(fā)現(xiàn)10~20 km尺度不等的中γ氣旋性渦旋擾動(dòng)，其中部分渦旋擾動(dòng)具有熱塔的特征，中γ氣旋性渦旋擾動(dòng)在MCV的旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境內(nèi)不斷組織化，低層氣旋性渦旋擾動(dòng)的分布比中層更加集中。模擬表明這些較小尺度的氣旋性中尺度渦旋擾動(dòng)對(duì)熱帶氣旋的生成有重要作用。

Abstract:

The formation of a Tropical Cyclone (TC) involves multiple scale circulations and their interactions. Because of the lack of the observation data, the learning about mesoscale circulation during the genesis process is much insufficient. Different from the previous researches, the simulation initial time of TC genesis had to be moved up to the time of genesis of Mesoscale Convective Vortex (MCV), so the high-resolution numerical simulation results were used to analyze the multi-scale vortex activity during the genesis of TC. This paper simulates first the low-deformation disturbance in the enhanced southwesterly flows on the southeast side of monsoon gyre. With the rotation property of the disturbance enhancing, the MCV with horizontal scale around 200 km in the low-deformation area formed. Meso-γ vortices with 10-20 km horizontal scale were also present in the low-deformation area, some of which were vertical hot towers. The favorable cyclonic environment created by MCV facilitates organization of meso-γ vortices. It is concluded that the distribution of low-level vortices are more concentrated than that of mid-level. The simulation results show that these meso-γ vortices play important roles in tropical cyclogenesis.
