摘要:

本文基于FloodArea水動(dòng)力模型及WRF模式，運(yùn)用氣象資料、水文資料、地理信息資料、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料以及災(zāi)情調(diào)查資料等，以長(zhǎng)江一級(jí)支流的秋浦河流域?yàn)檠芯繀^(qū)，開(kāi)展中小河流域暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及效果檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明：FloodArea模型對(duì)洪水的淹沒(méi)范圍、淹沒(méi)水深以及淹沒(méi)歷時(shí)等具有較好的模擬效果，可用于中小河流域暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與預(yù)警業(yè)務(wù)，并由此初步建立了包含模式降水預(yù)報(bào)→面雨量計(jì)算→洪澇淹沒(méi)模擬→風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估→預(yù)警發(fā)布→效果檢驗(yàn)等環(huán)節(jié)的暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及效果檢驗(yàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程，實(shí)現(xiàn)從以往常規(guī)的強(qiáng)降水預(yù)報(bào)到暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害預(yù)報(bào)的業(yè)務(wù)延伸，可進(jìn)行推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract:

Based on the hydrodynamic model of FloodArea and WRF model, the meteorological data, hydrological data, geographic information data, social and economic statistical data, investigation data, etc. were used to analyze the risk assessment of rainstorm flood and its verification results in medium and small river basin, by taking the Qiupu river basin as the study area. Results show that the FloodArea model has a good simulation effect on the inundation range, depth and duration of the flood, and can be used for the risk assessment and early-warning service of rainstorm flood in medium and small river basin. Then, a relatively complete technological process for the risk assessment of rainstorm flood and its results verification was preliminarily set up, which contains model precipitation forecast, area rainfall calculation, flooding simulation, risk assessment, early-warning release and results verification, so the meteorological service extension from the traditional heavy precipitation forecast to the rainstorm flood forecast was realized. The technology method can be popularized and applied.
