摘要:

熱帶氣旋邊界層中包含許多小尺度環(huán)流系統(tǒng)，其精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)與臺(tái)風(fēng)災(zāi)害緊密聯(lián)系。隨著觀測(cè)資料的豐富、理論研究的深入、計(jì)算能力的提升及國(guó)家防臺(tái)減災(zāi)的迫切需要，近20 a熱帶氣旋邊界層精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究日益受到國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的重視，并取得了顯著進(jìn)展，目前該方向成為當(dāng)前熱帶氣旋研究的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域之一。本文對(duì)近20 a熱帶氣旋邊界層精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究從觀測(cè)和模擬兩方面進(jìn)行了回顧，主要集中在近年來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)的熱帶氣旋邊界層滾渦和龍卷尺度渦旋，并對(duì)熱帶氣旋邊界層精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究進(jìn)行展望。

Abstract:

The Tropical Cyclone(TC) boundary layer contains many fine-scale coherent structures, which are closely associated with TC-related disasters. Increasing attention has been paid in studying the fine-scale structures in the TC boundary layer over the past 20 years to improve the forecast of TC intensity and structure. A significant progress has been achieved due to the improvements in observation, computation capacity, and the understanding of the associated mechanisms. This review focuses on the fine-scale coherent structures of the TC boundary layer in both the observational and numerical studies, especially on the horizontal rolls and tornado-scale vortices. Some suggestions and recommendations are provided for further understanding of the fine-scale structures in the TC boundary layer.
