摘要:

針對新一代天氣雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成復(fù)雜、難以定量分析系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀況優(yōu)劣的問題,本文提出一種衡量天氣雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備健康狀況的綜合評價方法。通過該方法建立天氣雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)遞階層次評價體系,采用層次分析法和模糊理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀況的模糊綜合評價,完成天氣雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備及關(guān)鍵分機(jī)運(yùn)行狀況的健康指數(shù)評估,從而反映系統(tǒng)性能的差異和變化態(tài)勢。通過雷達(dá)臺站歷史數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)例分析,表明該評價方法對雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時健康狀況評估有較好的適用性,健康指數(shù)能夠從整體上直觀并有效反映天氣雷達(dá)設(shè)備的性能差異及運(yùn)行態(tài)勢。

Abstract:

To comprehensively evaluate the operational performance of the CINRAD radar system, a systematic approach for evaluating the radar system's health index was presented. This approach employs fuzzy theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), resulting in a hierarchically evaluation system for assessing radar equipment health index. This health evaluation method serves to evaluate the overall health of key performance parameters within the CINRAD radar, while also considering their implications for subsystems and the radar system as a whole, and to reflect differences in system performance and dynamic trends in life-cycle. Using case studies of historical data from weather radars, which shows that this evaluation method demonstrates good applicability for real-time health assessment of radar systems.
